Raising Rover and Baby is the first and ONLY online puppy and baby boutique based in New York City.
This Manhattan puppy and baby retail shop is a fantasy setting catering to those who want to spoil their puppies and babies. The boutique is an original concept created by owners Jeff and Frankie. They opened in Dec 2006 to smashing reviews. The shoppers are blown away when they see our original and one of kind puppy and baby clothes. Even our dog bags match our diaper bags.
This NYC puppy boutique is in a historic building from the late 1800's and much of the boutique was restored to the original beauty with tin ceilings and brick walls. Select puppies are available in their puppy nursery to good homes only, licensed by New York State, # 00583. Raising Rover and Baby Ltd. educates the guests on how to select the best puppy for their family's lifestyle.
