Causes for Blockages, and Broken pipes

I will explain to you the types of equipment we use to clear drain stoppages. First thing you may want to know what causes your drains to clog up and stop draining. Well there are many things that cause this problem, and many are preventable. Here are a few causes:

  • Hair
  • Shampoo
  • Conditioners
  • Toothpaste
  • Cooking Oil
  • Roots
  • Old pipes
  • Scale build up
  • Broken Pipes

These are just a few of the causes, some you just can’t avoid using, but over time these deposits build up and cause sludge and grease blockages.

There are different size machines and different size cables to choose from when clearing a drain. We are equipped with the right machine to handle any drain stoppage. Cable machines are designed to remove hair, and roots by cutting or ripping apart by wrapping around the cable and blade as the cable rotates.

We can access the drains either by removing a fixture trap, water closet (Toilet), or clean out. Cable machines do not remove any sludge or drain grease. Cable machines are designed to loosen up hard blockages cutting its way through. Our Cable charge $199. Comes with a 30 day 1 trip warranty. If there is a substantial build up of drain grease and sludge in the drain or in the sewer a cable machine may not be enough to resolve the problem causing the blockage. We will discuss and explain our Hydro Scrub System, which will clean out this build up.

Our Hydro Scrub System uses moderate to high water pressure to clean out all debris from your pipes. This is done after a cable is run through loosening all debris, then the Hydro Scrub is run through to wash away all matter. This Drain & Sewer Cleaning System is the only way to clean and wash away what is causing most blockages. Our rate for this process is $389.00 flat rate from an exterior cleanout plus cable charge. Comes with a 6 month 1 trip warranty.

Drain pipes under the ground break and fail due to many stresses. Tree roots penetrate where older deteriorating pipes leak. As the pipe leaks it softens the dirt causing a belly eventually breaking and over time a total collapse. When this happens clearing a sewer or drainpipe is only possible by repairing or replacing. Price is determined by depth and total length of pipe to be replaced and equipment needed to dig up the pipe.

In any case we will provide you our customer, a service 2nd to none. We will always give you peace of mind, knowing the job was done correctly at a rate lower or at least very competitive with any one else.
