Balanced Energy Studios is a full service studio, offering Pilates Reformer classes, Pilates Mat classes, Yoga classes, Ball classes. We also offer Private and Semi Private Pilates and Yoga sessions.
Our mission at BALANCED ENERGY STUDIOS is to work with all types of clients in a non-threatening, comfortable atmosphere, catering to the client's specific needs while working them head to toe to reach their personal fitness goals.
Our focus is to improve each individuals core strength, improving posture, balance, muscle tone, range of motion, flexibility, overall positive body image and will being. All movements originate from the core of the body which supports and strengthens the back and vital organs.
At Balanced Energy Studios we offer a unique approach to a healthy way of life. We instruct by reprogramming mind and muscle memory, mastering the control of the physical body and balanced movements.
