Our mission is to provide education and training to the community while equipping prospective candidates to become effective counselors in the field of addiction. Great Escape Substance Abuse Training and Information Incorporated is a Not For Profit organization. We provide addiction education and the complete 350 hours needed to qualify for the NYS CASAC Trainee certification. We also provide CASAC Renewal Packages. Upon the completion of the course students can complete an NYS OASAS application to become a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor-Trainee and qualify to sit for the CASAC exam. Great Escape trainers have a combined 40+ years of experience working with substance abusers and their families. Our courses are approved by the New York State Office Of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS).
