Montauk sport fishing on the ADAH-K for striped bass, tuna, marlin, and bluefish, with Capt. Dave Kohlus at the helm describes this business. Inshore and offshore charters are available. Capt. Dave has been fishing the waters off Montauk Point for 40 years -- a second generation charter boat captain and fisherman. For 29 years he was captain of the Hooker, and for the last three years he has been pleasing his customers with big striper catches on the ADAH-K. Last year 45 of the striped bass caught on his boat were over 40 pounds, and two were over 50 pounds. Canyon fishing for the "trophy" fish is available for customers who want the big ones. A 940-lb. blue marlin was landed by a customer on Capt. Dave's Hooker on a canyon trip. A 920-lb. fish was landed by the same customer on Capt. Dave's boat the following year. Big fish.
