Business Description
Hands on cooking school taught by season cook and restuaranture of 40 years. These classes are taught in my home kitchen to a small group of eight to ten students. Learn not only how to prepare and cook fresh foods, but the inside tricks and tips that combines life long cooking expertise. The classes are nine hours a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Courses offered are Basic Homestyle and advanced cooking. We start at the beginning with a survey of the students cooking knowledge, how many in the family, your favorite foods, and what you want to take away from these individual cooking lessons. Your instruction will start with the basics, learn tools, safety, labels. Move on to spices, then mother sauces, into hands on, and capped off the last day with a class prepared meal that we will share and celebrate. On the final class day as group we will prepare a full meal to share and celebrate. The cost is $75.00
