Business Description
Inner Spirit Studio is a boutique fitness studio located in Whippany, New Jersey. Our studio offers hot power vinyasa yoga, cycle, and TRX classes weekly. The yoga classes are practiced in a room heated between 98-108 degrees with 40% humidity to help facilitate the integration of sweat, strength and spirit. The cycle and TRX classes are offered in a non-heated setting. ISS also offers innovative workshops and intensives, live entertainment, kirtan events, trunk shows and more, our mission is to bring our students the best experience a studio can offer!
Our certified instructors are inspired by the teachings of Jivamukti, Ashtanga, Baptiste, Anusara, Bikram, Iyengar and many more. Each instructor is carefully selected to ensure the student the best experience in a safe environment they can excel in.
Our beautiful space is also available to rent for private parties, kids' yoga, individual, group and corporate yoga instruction. We invite you to fire up your Inner Spirit and reconnect with your soul.
