Business Description
LGB Bernina Sales & Service is different from the rest because of the word service, many people think it is all about sales, naturally you need to sell your product but if service it and stand behind it after awhile you will not have any sales. The consumer needs to know that you will be there for them when they have a poblem and solve it for them in a timely manner. I have built my business on this theory. I have eleven years experience in servicing and repairing sewing machines, does that mean that I know all there is to know about them certainly not, but when I can't fix one I know someone who can. I also try to keep my prices as low as possible because in the economy we all need to stretch a dollar as far as possible. It all boils down to one thing "treat people the way you want them to treat you".
