Within 24 hours we will: Upon receipt of electronic file, we will call and or email the originator to confirm receipt.Input the loan and review for completeness.Notify loan officer of any missing items and ask/answer any questions.If authorized or requested we will initiate an introduction welcome call to the borrower(s) informing them of any additional information needed to meet closing date expectation. Order Title/Escrow and Appraisal (if applicable) from your identified source or if you wish from a selection from one of ours. (Your choice). We will then Order all VOE's, VOD's, VOM, VOR's and documentation required by third parties. Survey, flood certifications, credit reports, payoffs statements are ordered as needed or requested. We will work with all parties involved to collect all needed items. Submit file to lender(s) of your choice. We will fax a copy of the loan approval to the loan officer and work with all parties involved to clear any/all underwriting conditions. </font></font></li><li><font size="4"><font size="3">All documents are tracked to ensure that all conditions are satisfied. We will obtain a copy of the preliminary HUD for verification. We will coordinate with all parties to the transaction and schedule the closing. We will follow the closing through the funding to assure everyone gets paid. We will return the loan package to the originators office after funding.
