Business Description
Lone Tree Farm is one of the newest horse boarding facilities located in Waukesha County. Conveniently located just north of Oconomowoc off of HWY 67, this 130 acre horse farm has over 3 miles of horse trails over varied topography (both wooded and nonwooded).
The heated 12 stall horse barn has full tack room, individual stall ceiling mounted fans, soft stall mats, automatic waters, lockers for each boarder, three grooming stalls, an 85 by 190 foot indoor riding arena with sand rubber mix footing, a spacious lounge area, kitchenette, a ceramic heated wash stall and laundry as well as blanket rooms.
The farm has 9, 50 by 100 foot paddocks with all weather footing and automatic, year round waterers along with 4 lush pastures with large run-in shelters and automatic, year round waters.
A care taker lives on property year round and the facility has complete security, surveillience and fire detection equipment.
Coming the summer of 2012 is a new 10 acre pasture with a newly constructed utility building that contains run-in oversized stalls available for year round outside boarding of retired horses.
