Primas Green Collar Agency wants to address the urgent need of the unemployed and under employed workers of our nation by teaching our lower class society the skills they need for high quality new green occupational jobs. This will be done by setting quality training standards that encompass certification for retrofit workers. This will ultimately provide sound salary for the once unemployed and under employed workers. It is cheaper to save energy than it is to buy it. This is the fundamental idea behind investing in energy efficiency.
Establishing an accredited organization with certified workers allowing our program to partner with The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, which addresses this need by workforce training initiative mills, for energy efficiency and renewable energy worker training programs, that will be administered by the Department of Labor.
