Business Description
Robin F. Fuson graduated from the University of South Florida in 1990 with a B.S. in Criminology and the Stetson University College of Law in 1993.
Born on July 22, 1958, Mr. Fuson is a Florida native and a life long resident of Hillsborough County. He is married with two daughters.
After 13 years in professional baseball, with Oakland, Cleveland, Boston and Seattle, Mr. Fuson began his 17 year legal career with the Office of the State Attorney in the 13th Judicial Circuit in Florida. Mr. Fuson was Chief of the State's DUI Prosecution as well as Chief their Narcotics Unit. Being in charge of several areas of criminal law, he prosecuted First Degree Murder, RICO, Trafficking, Kidnapping, Organized Crime, DUI, Assault and Battery as well as a host of other offenses, compiling over 100 jury trials to his credit. Mr. Fuson has handled criminal cases numbering in the thousands.
