Business Description
Small full ownership gated condominium community. We have a very large pool with jacuzzi, restrooms, screened party room with wet bar at the pool. The gym is equipped with free weights and a bench press with full range of weights. There are 2 treadmills, 1 recumbant bicycle, 1 elipitcal cross trainer and a dozen Paramount weight resistance machines. In the gym there is a rest room and a private massage room.
There are 2 tennis courts and an area with a practice backboard.
Across from the gym is a glass enclosed meeting room with a full view of the marina. All meetings and parties are held here for the community and may be reserved for private parties.
The marina is restricted to owners at Seawatch only and has a Tiki Hut with a gas grill for some fun near the water.
Rentals are managed by the individual owners and not encouraged by the community. All rentals are for a minimum of 30 days as mandated by the Marathon city law and the Seawatch Board of Directors.
