St. Ann's is actively involved in the lives of the parish community in providing Daily Masses at 8:30am on Monday, Tuesday, & Fridays, and at 5:00pm on Thursdays. Week-end Masses are held at 6:00pm on Saturday, 8:00am and 10:00am on Sunday mornings. Holy Day services are usually held at 7:00pm. The Sacrament of Reconciliation is available every Saturday from 4:00pm to 4:30pm, and before and after every weekday service. In addition confessions are heard any other time by appointment. Every Wednesday at 6:30pm the Rosary and Stations of the Cross are said. During Lent, on every Wednesday at 6:30pm, the Rosary + Miraculous Medal Novena, and the Stations of the Cross are said. Confessions are available at this time as well.

Business Description

The Parish of St. Ann Catholic Church is located on 610 Pike Street in Shinnston, WV, and is presided over by Rev. Thomas W. Dagle "Fr. Tom". The Church and its parishioners are active participants in the day-to-day needs and activities of the city, and St Anns currently ministers to over 257 families and to over 400 individuals. St. Ann's is home to one of the two Perpetual Adoration Chapels in the State of West Virginia. The Blessed Margaret Castello Perpetual Eucharistic Chapel was dedicated on October 14, 1999 under the leadership of Rev. Karl R. Wohinc, and is still going strong 13 years later. Adorers from all denominations come to the Chapel to adore, and it is available to them 24 hours a day - seven days a week. The only time the chapel is closed is Holy Thursday, Holy Friday and Holy Saturday of each year for cleaning. St. Ann Catholic Church, established in 1923 in the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston, ministers to the Catholic faithful and to the community and surrounding areas of Shinnston, WV.
