Stella's Fish Cafe & Prestige Oyster Bar is a casual seafood restaurant with the soul of a Low Country lunch counter. Offering super-fresh fish and oysters, along with Cajun and Creole specialties, Florida fried grouper sandwiches, Po' Boys, and Delta Dog Tater Tots, Stella serves Gulf Coast favorites in a setting that has all the elegance of a swamp-side fish camp.
Grab a seat at the oyster bar, pony up to the liquor bar or slip into a booth in either the downstairs or upstairs dining rooms. You can also book the kitchen table or head for the elevator and kick back on top of Stella's, featuring the city's most spectacular rooftop deck.

on Citysearch Oct 05, 2009I do love this place for the people watching and for the patio. The fish has never compared though even to red lobster, and i have always been dissapointed with their crab legs. Worth a shot though if you want a good... (more)

on Citysearch Sep 24, 2009Stella's Fish Cafe is basically for Uptown yuppy bar scene rather than for it's value as a restaurant. The food was so-so --- my cioppino was watery tasting bland, the scallops were overcooked in it. My husband... (more)

on Citysearch Jul 29, 2009We ordered the coconut shrimp app to share and I ordered a spinach salad to save room for the Red Velvet Cake. The salad was bland and our garlic mashed potatoes were drowning in green butter. Unfortunately the Red... (more)

on Citysearch Apr 10, 2009Stella's was the April stop for our dinner-of-the-month club with two other couples. While everyone generally like Stella's, there were a couple of glitches that I hope were just anomalies as we plan to go back... (more)

on Citysearch Nov 02, 2008Was at Stella's for dinner a few months ago on a Monday night right after work. The service was adequate but our waitress was preoccupied. The order was mixed up and the food was then cold. I've heard gret things about... (more)

on Citysearch Sep 17, 2008I love Stella's. I have been there a number of times. I've gone for dinner--the sauce with the mussels appetizer is amazing--ask for it spicier. I've never gone wrong with what the servers recommend--stuffed... (more)
