Hands-On cooking demonstrations designed to use in your own kitchen everyday. What does that mean? Classes are not menu driven; we believe in sharing concepts, food groups & ingredients. For example, learn a basic fresh sauce used for any protein (chicken/fish/bean). Apply a technique to several ingredients, growing your menu planning, like rice three ways. Our focus is to teach tips that you will easily transfer to your own meal selections. Classes will provide confidence, expand creativity & bolster knowledge in the kitchen! We even grow a lot of our ingredients - keeping the food fresh & pesticide free.
