Swapping, Party, Event, Fund Raiser, Trading, consignment, Garage Sale, designer, jewelry, accessories, garage sale, switching, shoes, clothes, sale, ticketsWe provide clothing racks, tags, marketing materials, signs and banners for each event. We organize a highly successful charitable sale of new adn gently worn designer and quality women's clothing. Each participant brings in up to ten items and are resold at a fraction of the original cost.
We have staff that facilitates the party and runs all the transactions. There are checkout tables and entry table for ticket sales. You can buy a ticket if you do not bring any clothes for a fee of $10. Each customer can bring up to ten items and the staff will price the items and tag them so the participant will get to shop for the value of the total items they brought in to the party and then be able to purchase any items over their credits as well. Vendors can purchase a table as well to sell their own items and tables are priced according to each party.
All industries supported that are interested in fund raising for their organization. We can do theme Swapping Parties as well and do Baby Clothes and light Furniture.

Business Description
The Swapping Company hosts events that fundraise money for companies, churches, schools, organizations etc. This event is an evening of fun and festivities where women can trade or buy clothing, shoes, accessories in a night of fashion. We help each organization set up, market and facilitate the party. We bring in all the materials to run the party and then charge a percentage of the profits so there is no lost fees or purchases in a product or service for the fundraising event. We work closely with each organization to make sure that there is proper marketing for the event in place. Vendors are also invited and charged for a display table. This event is created to bring the community and organization together to gather in an evening of fun while reducing the environmental impact of buying new apparel while simultaneously raising money for the organization
