Who is your target market? Niches are one of the most effective ways to generate leads. Niches position you as the expert that home buyers and sellers are looking for. Have you ever analyzed where your business has come from? Why did your customers pick you to be their agent? What did you have in common? Usually it is not a fancy gimmick or picture of your dog or kid that got you a customer. They come to you because you have knowledge and experience they want to use to their advantage. What makes you different from all the other hundreds of agents in your market? Why did they trust you? If you can figure this out, you will start to have a plan in place to find other customers that will appreciate what you have to offer too!
Again, who is your target market? Really who are they? Get specific. Who do you like to work with? Think about your favorite, most easy to work with customers. The ones that you loved to see and were sad when they found a house. Wouldn’t it be great to have customers like that every week? You can! All you have to do it figure out who you want to work with and then target all your marketing efforts to them.
