With so many tree service companies out there doing pretty much the same job, how can you know that you are dealing with a company that has your best interest and not your bank account at heart?
Sooner or later (if you have trees on your property) you are going to need to talk to someone concerning the well being or health of your trees, sometimes this is done for safety and sometimes it is done out of general concern for the trees.
When you look up a tree service company on the Internet you are overwhelmed by the number of companies offering the same service, you can't tell them apart from their ads. So what do you do and HOW! becomes the question.
Always select a few companies then research them and see if they have reviews written by previous customers, also see if the business has taken the time to respond to reviews left by customers which is an option available to the business owner (on most sites;) (yellowpages.com is great for this). This simple research will give you an instant jump on picking a good company.
Companies that spend high dollars on advertising rarely have a good re-pore with their customers, they overcharge customers to meet their high advertising costs and disregard customers needs and concerns to a certain extent.
Once you decide to have a company come out to address your situation pay attention to how the person addresses your needs vs. their own, do they talk of removing the tree(s) only, and no other options, or do they offer other ways of creating a safe environment for both you and the tree(s) while leaving them intact and in good health.
The company that offers many options and explains them to you is a company with your as well as the trees best interest in mind and it is a safe bet that they are a company with heart and not a bank account in mind.
