How to get Free Gas

Gas is pricy. This may be an understatement considering the continual escalation in the price at the pump. But what can you do? For almost all of us, gas is a necessity. If we want to get to work, we have to buy the fuel. So we swallow our pride, and take the huge hits at the pump. But what if you didn’t have to? What if I told you there is free gas out there? What if I told you there is a world where gas flows as freely as tap water into the tanks of automobiles and free gas cards could be picked straight from trees? That last part is a bit of an exaggeration, but you’d be interested right? Of course you would, and I’m going to explain where this place is.

Where’s the Gas?

Let’s keep it simple. There is no far off place where you find free gas. That place is right here. There are opportunities all around you. Different companies are offering free or discount gas cards for different things. They need people to do anything from placing promotional stickers on their cars to accepting more junk mail.

Let me explain. Companies are always looking for new ways to advertise. They also know that people hate to pay for gas.  Some of these companies are giving people gas cards to put magnets on their cars advertising their companies. If the look of your car isn’t important to you, this is a great way to save on gas.

Junk Mail Anyone?

People hate junk mail. But they hate gas prices more. There are companies that will give you three gas cards for the price of one. That means you get two free gas cards. Here’s how it works. They sell your name and address to other companies, and use some of that money to buy you gas. Why do companies want your address? Simple, they want to send you offers and promotions (junk mail).

This may be annoying, but you’re getting free gas. If you don’t mind throwing letters away, I say it’s worth it. When you get offers in the mail you are under no obligation to open them, let alone buy anything, so it is an easy way to get fuel for free. There is a lot of money to be made in advertising, and there’s a lot of gas to be had as well.
